In McPherson County on the 21st, 2 Townsend's Solitaires were seen about
10 miles north of Ringgold.
In Seward County on the 23rd, a Hermit Thrush was recorded at Oak Glen WMA just north
of Garland.
In Sarpy County on the 24th, a Winter Wren, a pair of Purple Finches, and a Fox Sparrow
were observed along South Stream Trail in Fontenelle Forest.
In Lincoln County on the 24th, a female Rusty Blackbird was seen at the Hatchery
Ponds in North Platte.
In Dodge County on the 25th, 16 Lapland Longspurs were seen in Ames.
In Douglas County on the 26th, a Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker was recorded in Omaha.
In Garfield County on the 26th, an Eurasian Collared-Dove was seen in Burwell and about
100 Sandhill Cranes were seen just northeast of Burwell. About 3100 Double-crested
Cormorants, 55 American White Pelicans, 2 Herring Gulls, a Western Grebe, 2 immature
Bald Eagles and an Osprey were recorded at Calamus Reservoir.
