In Scotts Bluff County on the 1st, a Mountain Bluebird was seen at the Wildcat Hills
Nature Center, and a Spotted Towhee and a Brown Thrasher were seen in Scottsbluff.

In Cherry County on the 1st, 46 White-faced Ibises, a Cooper's Hawk, a Bufflehead,
about 655 Ruddy Ducks, a Western Grebe, about 2500 American Coots, a Greater Yellowlegs,
a Lesser Yellowlegs, a Spotted Sandpiper, a Stilt Sandpiper, a Common Snipe, a
Black-bellied Plover, and 42 American Pipits were recorded at various lakes.

In Frontier and Lincoln Counties on the 1st, 3 Eastern Phoebes were seen at Mill Park
in Curtis, a Say's Phoebe in the Loess Canyons, and a Rock Wren in the Loess Canyons
were recorded.

In Douglas County on the 1st, a Yellow-Billed Sapsucker was seen at Walnut Grove Park in
Omaha.

In Lancaster County on the 2nd, 7 Sprague's pipits, 7 Greater Prairie-Chicken, an Osprey,
and a Harris's sparrow were seen at Spring Creek.

In Scotts Bluff County on the 3rd, a Wilson's Warbler, and a Townsend's Warbler were seen
south of Gering.

In Lancaster County on the 3rd, a Short-Eared Owl and about 200 pelicans were seen at
Spring Creek.

In Harlan County on the 4th, an immature Sabine's Gull was seen at Harlan Co. Lake.

In Howard County on the 4th, about 20 Greater White-fronted Geese, 5 Ruby-Crowned Kinglets,
3 Nashville Warblers, 2 Harris's, 38 Eastern Bluebirds, and 63 Savannah Sparrows were
recorded.

In Dixon County on the 5th, a Harris's Sparrow, and a Brown Thrasher were seen near
Wakefield.

In Douglas County on the 5th, 350 plus Franklin's Gulls and 45 plus Common Nighthawks
were observed in Bellevue.

In Scotts Bluff County on the 5th, 13 Pied-billed Grebes, about 100 American White
Pelicans, an Osprey, a Sandhill Crane, a Spotted Sandpiper, a Least Sandpiper, a Baird's
Sandpiper, a Barn Swallow, an American Pipit, a Mourning Warbler, a Macgillivray's Warbler,
and a Western Tanager were recorded.

In Dodge County on the 5th, a White-faced Ibis was seen near Ames.

In Douglas County on the 5th and 6th, a Seaside Sparrow was observed in the first mile
north of Highway 36 near the unincorporated town of Mercer. Other birds at that site the
past few days (including around a nearby brush pile in the field) were: 200 + Savannah
Sparrows, dozens of Lincoln's Sparrows, 5 + LeConte's Sparrows, 1 Harris Sparrow,
3 White-crowned Sparrow, several Song Sparrows, several Swamp Sparrow, 3 Chipping Sparrows,
1 Clay-colored Sparrow, 1 Dickcissel, and 1 Bobolink.

In Lincoln County on the 6th, 5 Ospreys, about 20 American White Pelicans, and 5 Western
Grebes were recorded around North Platte/Brady. A White-throated Sparrow was seen at the
Nebraska Game and Parks Commission office in North Platte.

In Lancaster County on the 4th and 5th, 100 Tree Swallows, 20 Chimney Swifts,
10 Barn Swallows, 7 Eastern Bluebirds, 2 Harris's Sparrows, a Gray Catbird, a female
Scarlet Tanager, a juvenile Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker, 6 Least Sandpiper, 12 Long-Billed
Dowitchers, 12 Pectoral Sandpipers, 8 American Pipits, 3 Common Snipes, 7 Stilt Sandpipers,
3 Black-Bellied Plovers, 18 American Pipits, a Blue-Headed Vireo, 665 Double-Crested
Cormorants, and 27 Long-Billed Dowitchers were seen at various locations around Lincoln.

In Lancaster County on the 7th, 5 Sprague's Pipits, 2 Harris's Sparrows, 4 Barn Swallows,
2 red-shafted Northern Flickers (first sighting for the property) were recorded at Spring
Creek.

In Sioux County on the 7th, a Curve-billed Thrasher (see previous reports) and about
20 Gray Partridges were observed.

In Lincoln County on the 7th, a Common Tern was seen at the North Platte Fish Hatchery
Ponds.

In Dawes County on the 6th, 7th and 8th, 27 American Pipits, a Townsend's Solitaire,
Pygmy Nuthatches, Ospreys, a Western Tanager, a Sharp-tailed Grouse, a Pectoral Sandpiper,
a Western Sandpiper, a Baird's Sandpiper, a Mountain Bluebird, a Red-necked Grebe and
Eurasian Collared-Doves were recorded.

In SW Nebraska on the 9th, a Merlin was seen west of the highway 83/23 intersection in
southern Lincoln County. A Greater Prairie-Chickens was seen N. of Wallace (Lincoln County)
and one N. of Grainton (Perkins County). Also a flock of about 100 Brewer's Blackbirds N. of
Wallace (Lincoln County).

In Scotts Bluff County on the 9th, a Western Kingbird was seen in Mitchell.
